- Expectation Teaching of Replacement Behaviors
- Reinforcement of Replacement Behaviors
- Consistency and Fidelity in Discouraging Inappropriate Behaviors
- Data is Not a Four Letter Word

Participants will receive a certificate of 12 professional development hours or continuing education units at the conclusion of this seminar.
All one day or longer seminars come with a free Zoom call with Dr. Riffel after you have watched the videos. Simply email [email protected] and request a time that works for you.
Course Curriculum
Hi. I'm Dr. Riffel.
I'll be taking you through this presentation as your guide. When you are finished you will know how to deal with disruptions, anxiety, apathy, disorganization, impulsiveness, opposition to demands, and so much more. You will leave with ideas embedded on evidence-based strategies for classroom management that you can implement the next time you are with your students.
Dr. Riffel has over 40 years of experience teaching everything from birth to adult. She has taught in public schools, residential settings, day clinics, universities, and juvenile justice centers.
Build a Plan
Your team will be inspired to build a plan uniquely designed to meet the needs of your school. No two school implementations will be exactly the same; however, all will enjoy similar reductions in targeted behaviors.
A Common Language
Your school will have a common language that is generalized at home and in the community. Students will learn what is of value and what earns attention in your new universal behavior support plan
