The Question


How do I motivate my students? This is not the question we should be asking. We should be asking, "How do we create an environment in which students are naturally motivated? What replacement behaviors can we teach students to help them comply with tasks demands? and How can I reinforce my students' replacement behaviors while extinguishing the targeted behaviors of non-compliance?"
