Mental Health at Home


We will focus on the Four Pillars of Mental Health for Family Members:

  • Connecting Mind and Body
  • Developing Identity
  • Regulating Emotions
  • Recognizing Interdependence

Participants will learn about the 8 senses that affect the mind and body:

  • Visual
  • Auditory
  • Olfactory
  • Gustatory
  • Tactile
  • Vestibular
  • Proprioceptive
  • Interoceptive

Participants will learn why vestibular and proprioceptive are so important to mental health in connecting the brain to the body.

Participants will also learn how to create a Family MVP

Mission, Vision, and Plan for combating mental health issues.
